Eye Movement test: Looking straight, up, and side to side without glasses as requested to compare movement before and after treatment with an anti-convulsant medication. I feel my eyes are more stable and I don't experience headaches and eyestrain anywhere near as often as I used to. My eyes still shake, but not as much. I still have trouble tracking small objects, finding an item in a pile of other items or on the grocery store shelf, and reading for any extended period of time. My EYESIGHT has improved significantly according to the Snellen chart. It was 20/40 with glasses and now is apparently, 20/25ish with glasses. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean I can read for extended periods of time any better than before. My comprehension and memory of what I've read are severely lacking when I read for more than 30 minutes. I still require magnification and hold my head about 6 inches or less from the computer screen or my phone. My eyes still shake more when I'm tired, stressed, or anxious. I still misjudge distance when I'm walking and tend to run my shoulder into walls, but I haven't faceplanted on the stairs lately. I keep my hands out of my pockets when I walk up stairs now. I learned that the hard way. Moving on...I have noticed I can see people's facial features in passing in public places better than I was able to before!
